This position is for 163 units in Willmar, MN and will work closely with vendors and internal company departments. This is a fun and fast-paced position with diverse responsibilities.

This position will consist of the following functions:

• Ensure property is meeting daily expectations, as dictated by company standards
• Regular communication directly with company leadership, residents, and ownership
• Ensure all aspects of the property are performing at optimum levels and meeting all expectations.
• Responsible for property occupancy, including leasing and marketing in compliance with Fair Housing Practices
• Manage occupancy, collections, move-in/out activity, and marketing efforts
• Ensure property is meeting all compliance, appearance, and safety expectations.
• Oversee vendor and maintenance relations, including collecting bids, invoicing, and performance.
• Financial responsibilities including maintaining budgets and payables.
• Uphold company values and culture, including positive & ethical work environment and superior customer service

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience at similar properties

About the position:

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth. The pay range for this position is $38-50K plus leasing and renewal commissions, and is strongly based on the skill level of the applicant.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays

Education Requirement: High School equivalent (Required)

Experience: 3 years Property Management (Preferred), 3 years Property Leasing (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
